For popular and common applications, we have a range of part-numbered Bar & Plate products that can suit your requirements. You’ll need to provide details about the cooler (including OEM number if available) and we’ll locate the part and price for you.

If an existing part number doesn’t match what you’re after, we can custom build a complete cooler assembly that suits your needs.

Heat Exchanger Cores

We have access to a range of Bar & Plate cores suitable for oil, water, and air applications that are capable of withstanding pressures up to 20 BAR / 290 PSI.

Speak with our customer service team for assistance in selecting the best size for your needs. If your core size is not in our existing range, a custom build core can be quoted.

Custom Build

If you need a special size, shape, or configuration Bar & Plate Cooler assembly or core, then a custom build provides the ideal solution. With some details and essential specifications provided (including a sketch with dimensions, sizes of pipes, brackets & threads) our helpful customer service team will guide you through the process and create a quote.

The next step involves generating detailed engineering drawings for manufacturing your specific design. Once you have approved the design, the Bar & Plate Cooler will be produced and the completed part delivered to you.

Depending on the size and complexity of your particular Bar & Plate cooler assembly or core, lead-times can range from around 4−10 weeks.
